Monday's door dinger will consist of creating a meme relevant to the unit, lesson, or topic for that day.
Tuesday's door dinger will involve reading a passage from the textbook with some sort of follow-up activity.
Wednesday's door dinger will require each student to watch a video clip and then test their knowledge.
Thursday's door dinger will entail responding to a quote, complex question, or difficult reading.
Friday's door dinger will allow each student to respond to a prompt through a free-write/type exercise.
Door Dingers
Some folks call 'em "bell ringers"...but I call 'em "door dingers." Everyday that you enter class, you will spend the first 5-10 minutes taking care of a "door dinger," which corresponds to each day of the week.
