How do we use the products and tools of globalization to effectively deal with the problems created by globalization?
Problem = Global Media
Problem Description:
The rise of global media threatens to place the flow and delivery of information under the control of a handful of corporations that could ultimately limit cultural expression. The unification of media outlets has historically produced powerful propaganda machines, which were the byproducts of tyrannical regimes. Is this a potential in the 21st Century?
